At Sherbourne Lodge, we take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents—not only indoors, but in our beautiful garden as well. Thanks to the dedication of our RVT (Responsible Volunteer Team), we’ve been able to keep the weeds away and maintain an outdoor space where residents can relax, walk, and enjoy nature.

A well-kept garden is more than just an aesthetic choice. For many of our residents, spending time outdoors plays a key role in their physical and emotional wellbeing. By keeping the garden tidy, we provide a calming and accessible space for gentle activity, social engagement, and peaceful reflection.

Regular garden care also supports our commitment to dementia-friendly outdoor environments, encouraging residents to stay active and feel at home in every part of our care facility.
